What would you be doing? As our client’s Instructional Systems Designer, you would oversee the complete cycle of instructional design, including project and departmental personnel management. Your responsibilities would include planning, designing and integrating the company’s learning products through a variety of instructional methodologies including e-learning, computer-based training, instructional DVDs and other technology-based formats. A significant portion of your time will be spent managing the development of new courses, but this role also requires strategic planning and research, as well as managing direct reports and vendors.
