Lead Genesys Developer with experience with Genesys IVR, CTI and Reporting

We are currently accepting resumes for a Lead Genesys Developer in Des Moines, IA or Columbus, OH.

The selected candidate will perform the following duties:
- Provide lead capabilities for major development projects
- Ensure code reviews
- Manage team of developers
- Top level technical expert in one or more highly specialized phases of applications programming
- Acts independently under general direction
- Provides technical consulting on complex projects
- Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation
- Has full technical knowledge of all phases of applications programming

Required Skills and Experience:
- Eight years of experience in programming and systems analysis
- 4 years of technical project leadership experience
- Genesys IVR experience
- Genesys CTI experience
- Genesys Reporting experience
- PBX/ACD Solution Knowledge (Avaya/Siemens) experience
- Experience managing team of developers

Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Three years of experience in project management
