Roles & Responsibilities: Direct and coordinate the sales order process for standalone support orders. Monitor the sales order system to ensure timely processing and accurate bookings of sales orders. • Ensure timely processing of orders • Develop, update and maintain order processing standards, policies and procedures. Standardize process for all personnel on the staff • Manage workload between order management personnel • Escalation point for staff on non-standard orders • Establishing performance metrics for the team • SOX control point • Report team results to senior management • People management responsibilities include career growth planning, performance appraisals, and other employee related activities. • Leadership and participation on special projects • Collaborate with IT on ERP, CRM and other tools to meet the department requirements Qualifications: Requirements • Minimum 5 years people management • Previous experience in an order management role • Knowledge of Customer Support processes and practices • Experience with ERP & CRM required. Oracle ERP & Oracle CRM preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must • Ability to lead, work collaboratively, and make decisions in a fast paced, complex environment Work Schedule: M-F Normal business hours, Able to be flexible Travel: As needed Physical requirements • Frequent use of mouse and keyboard • Frequent phone usage • Occasional lifting up to 10 pounds Brocade is an equal opportunity employer.
