- The Mission Support Administrator Level I position performs a variety of administrative duties, providing mission support within the Mission Directorates/ Community.
- Provides general administrative services and directly supports one or more functions or business areas, including: facilities management, finance, human resources, imaging and publishing, information management, logistics, procurement, medical, and security.
- The positions are primarily established in the Headquarters area and are also located in the fields.
- The position may require shift work and/or occasional local, domestic, or foreign travel. Depending upon the nature of the assignment.
Qualifications:
- The position may require specific training depending upon assignment, If the position is located in the field, incumbent must complete requisite training and certifications.
- The position requires working knowledge of a specialized in foreign language.
- The position requires six months of prior administrative support or comparable experience, preferably in an office environment; applicable vocational education may be substituted for work experience.
- The position requires an external candidates must pass the Agencys administrative examination.
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. This position requires the candidate to already possess an active Top Secret/SCI with Full Scope Poly Security Clearance and to maintain the clearance.
