Mendocino Community Health Clinic has immediate openings for experienced LVNs at our Ukiah and Lakeport, CA, sites. The positions are regular full-time, and fully benefited.
Primary duties include:
- Rooming patients and taking vital signs;
- Assisting providers with examinations, oral medication administration, injections, collecting lab specimens, and calling in medication refills;
- Ensuring proper medical documentation;
- Inventory & stocking of medical supplies;
- Other duties within the scope of practice.
The successful candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of individuals in a professional manner, and provide excellent customer service to patients and staff, while protecting the patients modesty and right to privacy at all times. Computer proficiency is required; EMR experience preferred.
Qualifications:
* Valid State of California Certificate of Registration as a Licensed Vocational Nurse;
* Current CPR Certification;
* Computer proficiency required;
* EMR experience preferred;
* Bilingual (Spanish) a plus!
