Ascent Children’s Health Services is a unique, state of the art day treatment program for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. Our children have chronic medical problems, mental health illness and/or behavioral problems and may be environmentally or medically at risk. We provide multi-disciplinary treatments that are individualized and aggressive to maximize functional outcomes. We are dedicated to providing an atmosphere that presents a child-friendly, family-oriented environment that ensures the child will reach their highest potential. We are looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant who shares this same commitment.
The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant will conduct occupational therapy sessions, as indicated, under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. The COTA will assist with completion of other documentation related to occupational therapy, as appropriate.
A minimum of an A.A.S. degree in Certified Occupational Therapy Assisting from an accredited college or university and a current Arkansas license as a COTA is required.
