Project Manager

A professional position is available for a Project Manager. The successful candidate will plan,
execute and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

Responsibilities: Identify nonconforming or suspect product, segregate and place on hold according to Nonconforming Procedure; initiate corrective and preventive action for improvement opportunities; direct and manage project development from beginning to end; identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.

Tasks: Technical development-interface with mold builders and customers to resolve technical issues in the planning and production phases; implement corrective action, including mold repairs, maintenance and documentation; identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in the production, quality and repair of manufactured parts; leader of the Advanced Product Quality Planning Team for new or changed products; technical customer support; Tooling Project manager for out-sourced molds-track and follow up on tool building activities; preparing and submitting of quotes; launch new projects from PO to PPAP approval.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent plus
5 years of experience. This position is with Friedrichs and Rath, Inc. located in Anderson, South Carolina. The salary is $94,900 annually for 40 hours per week 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Mon.-Fri.
