Seeking Nursing Leader for Hospice!

Lead. Supervise. Teach. Train.

We are seeking an RN professional to coordinate and assist in all aspects of operations and patient care for our growing hospice agency in Selma. The Director of Clinical Services position serves as a senior leader, providing direction and supervision for direct care staff. We are seeking a leader, a coach, and a mentor. Someone who is organized, with clinical depth, enjoys people, and believes in the Mission of quality end-of-life patient care.

Job Requirements
  • Qualified candidates must be a registered nurse with a current state license.
  • Must have CPR Certification
  • Must have at least 5 years' clinical management experience
  • Previous hospice/home health management and CHAP/JCAHO experience highly preferred
  • Must have the ability to foster teamwork and lead in a professional manner
