In the role of a Medicare Individual Sales Representative, you will help senior citizens to improve their lives by guiding them to the healthcare solutions that best meet their needs, while earning a base salary PLUS commissions.
At UnitedHealth Group, we are growing our Secure Horizons division to meet the growing need for assistance as our population continues to age.
As a Medicare Individual Sales Representative, you will:
+ Use your outside sales acumen to maximize sales opportunities within your
territory and to meet and exceed goals.
+Learn more about the community and develop relationships with organizations
that serve seniors, such as medical facilities and faith-based organizations.
+Conduct informational presentations to groups about the many solutions that
are available to seniors.
+Put your creative and analytical skills to work by finding new ways to prospect
for leads and build your book of business.
+Meet one-on-one with Seniors and help guide them to the solution that best
suits their needs.

Qualifications
To qualify for this position, you should have:
A proven track record in outside sales
A high degree of proficiency with Microsoft Applications
A competitive drive to succeed
A warm heart.
A health and life license is preferred, but you can obtain them within 90 days of hire, if you do not currently have these licenses. Providing your own reliable transportation is also a requirement
