Digestive Disease Service Line Administrator: Rockford Health System

Responsible for the comprehensive management of the clinical and administrative operations of the service line. Areas of responsibility include; care delivery strategy, volume and productivity monitoring and management, financial management and oversight, point of service operations, access management and provider distribution, service capture and documentation, marketing and eminence, quality/utilization monitoring and management, patient, provider, and staff satisfaction, legal and compliance, human resource management. In partnership with the service line medical director, administrative leadership and nursing leadership, the administrator will be expected to develop and lead the execution of a multi-year strategic service line plan that profitably grows the service and advances patient care. Bachelor's degree required (Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field preferred). Masters degree preferred. Minimum five years demonstrated leadership experience required, which includes management of staff, budgets, and multiple functions at the manager or director level. Candidates with alternative educational backgrounds with more than fifteen years relevant experience may be considered.
