Our client a growing upstream oil and gas company is seeking a talented individual to run the supply chain and procurement process reporting to a Senior Vice President. This person will direct and oversee the organizations procurement and contracting and logistics funciotns. This perosn will also champion all process improvments along with the supply chain. The ideal candidate will be a leader with experience mentoring team menbers and coaching members of other groups in applying best practices. This person will be in charge of managing supplier base and negotiating all vendor agreements. Candidates must have significant experience with an upstream oil and gas company and be knowlegable of lease operating agreements.
