Interventional Sales Specialist-Chicago Downtown

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is responsible for Sales and Market Development as well as key account responsibility for the Specialty Products in the CHICAGO DOWNTOWN territory. In addition to selling specialty products, help implement specialty sales strategy, and utilize specialty products to pull through full line.

1. Responsible for building relationships with multiple customers within an account and keeping them informed of new products, new procedures, supply/inventory and pricing trends.
2. Develop K.O.L. (Key Opinion Leaders) and utilize for preceptorship, training and physician to physician teaching/selling.
3. Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of your accounts through profiling, to include competitor activity, marketshare per product, key contact and decision makers and accurate business forecasts
4. Provide tech updates and think clinical implementation.
5. Grow the territory and extend to new accounts
6. Reports to the CV Region Manager.
7. Provide clinical training to sales force and key customers.
8. Required to travel as necessary to support the territory
9. Achieve quota

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ yr of successful sales and/or sales management experience. Proven selling and proven CATH LAB/clinical skills, excellent customer service skills and presentation skills. Ability to handle difficult conversations/situations and excellent communication skills.
