Civil Superintendent: CCC Group, Inc.

CCC Group is currently accepting resumes from well-qualified candidates for a Civil Superintendent to work regional projects for our Prairieville, LA office.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Supervise construction effort to insure project is performed in accordance with contract, design, budget and schedule. Interface with client representatives, engineering representatives, subcontractors, vendors, etc.
• Supervise craft employees and/or subcontractors.
• Ensure all on-site personnel comply with project procedures, safety requirements, work rules, etc

Qualifications :

• Demonstrated ability to lead and direct multiple civil work crews.
• Demonstrated ability to completed project tasks within schedule and budget.
• Strong knowledge of all aspects of civil construction work, including: excavation, grading, surveying, form carpentry, reinforcing iron, concrete finishing, equipment operation, etc.
• 7 years minimum experience as supervisor is required.
• Must be able to pass client site security checks.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, but not required.

Candidates local to Baton Rouge area are preferred, but candidates serious about relocating quickly to the region may be considered.
