Responsible for the design, development and management of clinical and wellness related services delivered at the worksite. Leads, manages, improves, monitors and innovates new services for worksite health and well-being support of employees. Monitors and manages service performance against expectations and facilitates or influences changes to service portfolio to improve competitive position. Provide clients and UHG/OptumHealth leadership with measurable outcomes and solid return on investment strategies throughout the service portfolio offerings.
Provide leaderhsip and strategic direciton across OptumHealth and with key UHC/UHG business partners to accomplish goals and deliverables.
1. Work with the Connected Care leadership and team to build portfolio of worksite services available to sell, implement and manage to clients
2. Work with Public Sector, National Accounts and other commercial teams to develop, drive and deliver services through multiple distribution channels
3. Develop and enhance strategic relationships with key provider partners such as Park Nicollet to fully develop, expand, evaluate and improve new services that delight employees and maximizes utilization and improves health and productivity for the employer customer
4. Work directly with the ConnectedCare business development, implementation and UHG IT teams in a productive and proactive, cross funtional manner
5. Provide leadership of the onsite clinic operations including the ongoing operations of the worksite clinics locally and nationally

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in health care adminstration or related field
- 10+ years experience with group health, short term disability, long term disability, workers' compensation, family and medical leave act programs, occupational health and workplace productivity programs
- 10+ years of progressively responsible health care and leadership experience
- Demonstrated successful leadership skills in service execution and people management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to assess opportunities and implement creative solutions based on data analysis
- Health care management experience including primary and/or occupational medicine clinic administration
Broad experience across health services operations and product development within large health care organizations
Demonstrated ability to work across internal and external mulifunctional teams to deliver services with a positive ROI and meeting/exceeding customers' expectations
