Online Media Buyer


We're hiring an Online Media Buyer who has a strong track record of evaluating, negotiating, and purchasing online media campaigns.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities: This position requires that you have a thorough understanding of online media buying including CPM, CPC, CPL, CPA and revenue sharing models. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, self-motivated, and has a self-learning work approach, solid organizational and analytical skills, and ability to take control, excellent written and verbal skills and ability to impart knowledge on various levels.


· Plan online media buys and execute them efficiently and cost-effectively driving toward a required ROI

· Demonstrated ability to negotiate win-win deal structures

· Experience buying for direct response online

· Possess an existing roster of contacts at networks and popular media properties to expedite negotiations and transactions

· Proven success at optimizing and renegotiating existing deals to make them successful

· Evaluate Internet media properties and identify those that match target customers

· Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets

· Strong analytical thinker with good quantitative skills


Qualifications:

2+ years of online media buying and/or business development experience focused on online customer acquisition.


Education:

Bachelors Degree preferred
