District/Area/Regional Manager
Direct and implement at high level: Revenue, Processes, Initiatives, Strategic Planning, Staff Development, Marketing, Statistical and Financial Analysis with at least 5 years of multi-unit management experience.

EZMONEY is looking for a performance-driven, self-motivated Multi-Unit Manager with proven leadership skills. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of multi-unit management experience in the retail or financial industry. Under limited supervision this position will manage up to 15 stores and 30 associates, including Store Managers, in a geographical area. This position requires frequent use of independent judgment and discretionary reasoning within the policies and procedures of the company. Candidates with the ability to relocate are highly desirable. Competitive salary, incentive plan and benefits are offered. Key areas of responsibility: Establishes and maintains superior customer service environment within the area stores by ensuring appropriate customer service principles are trained, practiced and delivered. Drives the business by directing, planning, developing and implementing the activities that reflect strategic direction. Manages to the area-operating budget to ensure cost-effective operations. Directs store management through audits, field visits, reports, and action plan management. Evaluates store business results, mentors store managers through P&L reviews, on the job corrections and performance management.
Participates in the process of developing new store sites and opening new stores as necessary. Oversees staffing and retention on a weekly basis, works with Store Managers, Regional Human Resources Manager, and Regional Director to ensure future staffing needs are met. Conducts and/or oversees the orientation and training of associates to ensure they have the knowledge, skills and abilities to ensure high performance levels. Communicates effectively and openly to share best practices and resolve issues. Creates and maintains professional network. Job Requirements Experience managing a multi-unit retail area/division for a minimum of 5 years is required. Associate Degree with retail/management focus. Bachelor Degree in business management is preferred.
