Education Coodinator: Harden Healthcare

Harden Healthcare Services, a Healthcare company in Austin is seeking a full time Education Coordinator. No relocation assistance is provided, local candidates only.

Required: Bachelor degree

• 2 years experience in IT Software Training including classroom and remote training
• Ability to develop course materials, needs analysis, process and business flows
• Ability to work in a fast paced constantly evolving workplace.
• Excellent communication, organizational, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers and customers.

• Ability to educate employees on software programs and processes in classroom, video conferencing, webinar and one-on-one settings.
• Participate in business analysis to determine process, business flows and education needs
• Participate in the full range of education activities, including needs analysis, development of training outlines and curricula, and delivery of training.
• Maintain training materials, process flows as upgrades are implemented and business needs change.
• Ability to work closely with team members.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
