Position Description:
As a Senior Correspondence Representative, you will process and post check deposits. Responsibilities may also include transaction balancing, reject, problem and dispute resolution, exception item handling, and research. Accuracy in work can directly affect the customer's image of and confidence in OptumHealthBank.

Qualifications:
- Banking and/or Teller experience; 2-3 years preferred
- Excellent communication skills in person and on the phone
- Multi-tasking
- Computer skills
- Basic accounting knowledge specific to debits, credits, balancing and reconciliation
- Ability to sort, organize and prioritize work
- Strong computer knowledge including Windows and MS Office
- Proficient data entry or keyboarding skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented, organized, highly disciplined, and dependable
- Extremely accurate when processing detailed tasks
- Must be able to meet deadlines under stressful situations
- High School Graduate required some college education or commensurate experience preferred
