Long Island-based educational publisher seeks a mid-level Marketing Manager to manage, maintain, and develop marketing strategies to ensure image consistency and brand development.

Job Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree or equivalent
-Minimum of five years prior marketing experience, preferably in book publishing.
-Excellent communication skills; Works well with others in a team environment.
-Knowledge of sales promotions, direct mail, online advertising, e-mail campaigns, in-store displays, print/electronic book marketing, etc.

Job Duties:

-Report to Marketing Director; Manage Marketing Assistant
-Plan, organize, schedule, and budged direct mail pieces, advertising programs, and email marketing campaigns
-Collaborate with sales force on promotional campaigns
-Manage and budget co-op advertising program
-Collaborate with art department
-Assist with trade shows
