Operations Manager- Dedicated Leader

Ebara Technologies, Inc. Semiconductor Equipment Division is seeking a dedicated hands on leader to provide exceptional support and service to a top tier semi-conductor manufacturer in Hillsboro , OR in the role of Operations Manager..

This individual will be responsible for:

· Field Service and operations at multiple locations within the US and Globally

· Hands on Manager who can direct the activities associated with supplying services

· Assuring customer satisfaction while achieving performance and financial objectives.

· Profit and Loss responsibility for approximately 40 individuals.

Candidate must have:

· 5 to 7 years management experience in a fast paced, stressful service environment.

· Proven experience in field in a position such as Senior Service Manager or Director.

· Vast experience with metrics based management

· The ability to effectively lead programs both internally and externally in a stressful environment

· Ability to lead programs or projects both on time and within budget constraints.

· Prior experience with P&L's

· Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

· Familiarity with Enterprise software
