Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the administration, maintenance and management of computer systems at the operating system and infrastructure level
- Builds, configures, troubleshoots and integrates new and existing servers to provide service enhancements, application deployments and infrastructure up-grades
- Recommends software and hardware enhancements, diagnoses and corrects issues, defines and implements new services with the goal of achieving maximum server up-time and availability for the customers
- Responsible for monitoring performance, and system usage
- Contributes towards the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP), back-up systems and disk configurationsConducts system analysis and development to keep systems current with changing technologies
Qualifications:
- Requires a BS in Engineering or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Experience in systems administration and troubleshooting
- Experience with maintaining web interfaces and database administration
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Strong Windows experience
This position requires the candidate to already possess an active TS/SCI clearance and to maintain the clearance.
