Engineering Manager - Mobile Platform

Plusmo / ATT Interactive is looking for an experienced engineering manager to join our mobile platform team. You will have the opportunity to work on several leading client platforms including J2ME, Windows Mobile, Blackberry, iPhone, Symbian, BREW, Android, LiMo and more.

Responsibilities:

· Responsibilities including resource allocation, performance management, and development

· Schedule quarterly project activities during design, development, testing, and release phases

· Work closely with Product Management on requirements definition and planning

· Team project estimation and scheduling

· Technical lead and mentor to junior and senior level resources

· BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent).

· Extensive experience programming in C/C++ and/or Java

· Track record of software development process implementation, optimization, and innovation with a demonstrated passion to learn, lead and execute

· Passionate mobile phone user and familiar with most current mobile data services, technologies, limitations and challenges

· 5+ Years of Development Experience with 2+ Managing Employees (or equivalent)
