Job Description
•Responsible for environmental auditing process •Waste water compliance process •Public Relation environment issues •Environmental reporting to agencies and VW organizations
Role Responsibilities
•Administrative service providers in an automotive manufacturing environment to meet and exceed company goals and objectives •ensure processes meet safety standards, quality standards, environmental, and OSHA regulations •Create a continuous improvement environment to develop best in class production system •Cooperation with Health & Safety and audit teams •Recognizing and rectifying bottleneck situations •Monitoring the work regulations and accident prevention regulations •Instructing the teams in what the company's objectives are •Providing instruction and guidance about required techniques and regulations •Guaranteeing that production is on schedule and with the required quality •Optimizing production, production quality and the cost situation by recognizing the potential for rationalization as well as by improving workplace design and safety •Coordinating and tracking dates for preventative maintenance and repair with the corresponding organizational units •Coordinate activities of all suppliers meeting all environmental requirements •Coordinate activities with the facility management team to eliminate environmental problems due to equipment issues •Meet KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and analyze data to monitor performance and plan improvements •Monitor waste, quality, cost, and productivity, with improvement activities for assigned areas of facility •Collaborate with the production departments, quality, production control, and engineering to provide best in class product quality •Identify training opportunities and implement training plans to improve overall organizational capability •Assist with the development of policies and procedures •Complete annual performance reviews and create development plans for direct reports
Job Requirements
5-7 years experience •Analytical and conceptual thinking – using logic and reason, creative and strategic •Communication skills – interpersonal, presentation and written •Computer savvy – skilled in the use of software •Integration – joining people, processes or systems •Influencing and negotiation skills •Resource management

Work flexibility (travel requirements, work schedule, etc.) •Travel – 10-50% initially, 5-10% after SOP(Start of Production) •Work schedule – Will vary based on project progress and initiatives
