Description :
As a member of the Broadcom HR Leadership Team (HRLT), this individual reports directly to the Senior Vice President, Human Resources and works closely across the HRLT to help drive consistent practices across the Global HR team in areas of; HR Policy, Analytics and Communications.

The primary responsibilities include researching, interpreting and modification of corporate HR policies and procedures to improve workforce productivity & engagement, communication, and establishing consistent 'intent' on a global basis. The incumbent provides quality consultation and expert advice to HRLT and business lines in the clarification and deployment of Global and Local HR Policies.

The HR PAC Manager is also responsible for the development and implementation of HR communications strategies, plans and tactics to fulfill operational goals and objectives of the Human Resources team. Incumbent manages the implementation of communications to support HR initiatives/programs and serves as communications consultant for project teams and committees. Ensures audiences are informed of changes made to programs in a timely manner. Individual will assist in the writing, editing and producing a variety of communications for internal audiences for the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and HRLT.

Additionally, working with Senior Vice President, Human Resources and HRLT, the HR PAC Manager assist in analyzing employee data to identify key trends and metrics in evaluating organizational effectiveness, employee engagement and the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. May include requesting, generating and analyzing specific information in order to help diagnose issues and make appropriate recommendations.

Job Requirements :
· BS/BA degree, Masters preferred, in an HR related major
· Minimum 7 years experience in HR,
· Strong analytical skills of organization dynamics and internal labor market trends
· Confidence in interfacing with various levels of management and employees
· Prefer International experience working with complex and multi-cultural organizations
· Working knowledge of Human Resource programs, policies, and practices.
· Demonstrated knowledge of and skill in adaptability, influence, creativity/innovation, decision making, interpersonal relations, communication, problem solving, project management, and consultation, programs and must be able to manage projects from strategic inception through execution.
