We are currently seeking enthusiastic and creative individuals to work in our studio. As you become part of a successful studio team, you will have the chance to make people smile. We are looking for retail managers who have passion, the drive to be the best at what they do, and the determination to succeed. We are currently seeking a Manager In Training for our Walmart location!

What Is Your Role?

  • Job duties include taking multiple portraits of individuals and families in the studio and creating a portfolio of poses
  • Participate in the day-to-day operations of the PictureMe Portrait Studio
  • Partner with the studio team to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Ensure excellent customer service on a consistent basis
  • Resolve problems related to transactions handled by the studio
  • Strengthen and build the studio's customer base

REQUIREMENTS

  • A MINIMUM of 1-2 years experience in sales or customer service (Management experience a plus)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • STRONG sales and customer service skills
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Basic skill in the use of computers
  • Interest in photography (experience a plus but not required)
  • Available and willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Able to stand frequently for long periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
