This position is responsible for supporting the pre-sales activities for all Corporate Advantage opportunities. He/she will provide administrative advice to the sales force to resolve issues regarding paperwork, pricing or implementation specific concerns. Candidate must be familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures and possess the ability to perform a variety of tasks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Processes qualification scrubs for voice and data, completes pricing proposals and contract requests for all Corporate Advantage opportunities.

Retrieves and verifies CSR Scrubs as requested.

Uses appropriate methods to track CSR scrubs, data qualifications, pricing proposals and contracts.

Processes Corporate Advantage contract implementations and obtains all required documents.

Processes, tracks and reports all additional line requests for existing customers.

Retrieves and reviews all submitted Agent agreements. Ensures necessary documents are included, tracks and mails countersigned agreements back to the appropriate party.

Completes customer re-pricing exercise within specified timeframe.

Maintains pricing database to ensure the voice pricing tool is producing the correct results with each voice pricing proposal. Also maintains manual back up data as a reference to be used to validate automated tool

Completes process documentation for different Sales Admin processes/procedures for which responsibility is owned/shared within the department.

Initiates credit checks for all Corporate Advantage opportunities and keeps a log tracking all results.

Regularly interacts with senior management of all sales channels.

Fields questions from all sales channels.

Completes daily, weekly and monthly reporting internally of sales performance and quality metrics.

Uses discretion to determine which procedures best address each situation, determines the appropriate action required and coordinates resolution with the appropriate parties.

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Associates degree from a two-year college or university; or two to three years related telecom experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires a high level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Working knowledge of a document management system (preferably Outlook) to manage a busy and ever-changing calendar is essential. High degree of time management and organizational skills needed to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects and flexibility for quick turn around, and multi tasking. A high degree of reliability, thoroughness and attention to detail. Must demonstrate a thorough knowledge of effective administrative practices and procedures.

LANGUAGE AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, and co-workers. Effective communication skills especially on the phone.
