As an American Express Travel Counselor, you will work in a call center environment where you will service our elite card members who deserve and expect the ultimate in traveling experiences. You will provide quality customer service and accurate completion of both international and domestic travel arrangements, including leisure and business travel, award redemption,and the sale of value added services. These positions require flexibility to work various shifts as determined by customer call volumes and business needs.

Our Travel Counselors/Travel Agents must have a passion to serve their clients and surpass client expectations. This position requires a minimum of 2 years recent experience selling travel services. Computer reservations experience required ? SABRE is preferred. Extensive domestic and international destination knowledge is a MUST. The ability to work under pressure and effectively multi-task while maintaining professional rapport with customers is essential. Candidate must possess strong consultative selling skills, decisive and successful problem solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to use the Internet effectively.
Candidate must be self-motivated and have the ability to perform in a team environment. Must be able to work as a team with cross-functional organizations.

Hours of Operation (7 days/week):
Monday-Friday; 9:00am-10:00pm MT
Saturday-Sunday; 11:30am-10:00pm MT
Hours of operation are subject to change due to business need.
