Job description:

We are looking for someone who will be responsible for the support of quality control activities to ensure component and product conform to specified requirements

  • Perform dimension, electrical, chemical inspection of raw materials/components used in sensor strip manufacturing.
  • Performing analysis of chemical raw materials.
  • Conduct calibration (in-process) of glucose monitoring sensor strips.
  • Perform final inspection of sensor strip lots including documentation review.
  • Initiate Non-Conforming Reports for discrepancies observed during inspection activities.
  • Support maintenance of calibration system.
  • Support activities in decontamination of returned devices.
  • Calibrating and maintaining lab equipment.
  • Revising and updating standard operating procedures as needed.
  • Supporting activities in decontamination of returned devices

Requirements:

The ideal candidate must possess a BS degree or 3-7 years equivalent experience, 2 – 5 years related experience. Knowledge of FDA QSR in the areas of inspection and test requirements. Ability to read, write and understand documents in English. * Knowledge of basic inspection tools and lab equipment.
