Horizon Care Services is seeking a motivated individual with exceptional interpersonal skills and organizational abilities to fill the position of Staffing Coordinator. This position provides involvement in many ways to the success of our company, including assisting branch Administrators in building clientele and establishing compassionate relationships with our clients.

Some additional responsibilities within the position include assisting with case management, scheduling of field staff, and recruiting additional field staff. Various administrative tasks are required including but no limited to answering phones, filing and data entry with attention to detail.

This is an excellent opportunity to interact with clients and to be directly involved with the care that our clients receive.

Ideal candidate MUST have a minimum of 3 years experience in the Home Health field that includes Staffing and Human Resource knowledge. Applicants with less than 3 years of verifiable experience need not apply.
