SENIOR IT TECH

Responsibilities Include:

· Coordinates the efforts of all IT Technicians based on dissemination of Helpdesk requests.

· Trains new IT Technicians in organizational specific computer operations.

· Performs hardware PC repair, hardware and software installation.

· Assists in the development implementation, maintenance and monitoring of a Local Area Network (LAN).

· Provides technical support to end users of automated information systems.

· Takes lead role in hardware/software planning and implementation.

· Coordinates transfers/moves/new location setup.

· Maintains and supports Track-It! 7.0 (help desk software).

Minimum Requirements for Position:

· A+ Certification and MCP.

· Two years experience in a 200+ user Microsoft Server environment to include account management.

· Minimum of two years demonstrated experience/ability to train and supervise others.
