RN Supervisors needed for 3-11 and 11-7 shifts at 180 bed rehab center



Culpeper Health & Rehab Center has 2 positions available for a RN House Supervisor. We have opportunities available on evening and night shift in a 180-bed skilled nursing center.

The RN House Supervisor supervises the nursing department in the DON’s absence. Reviews staffing at change of shift. Assigns and replaces staff to meet patient care needs. Completes patient care rounds. Coordinates admissions, transfers and /or discharges and ensures appropriate documentation. Assists in orientation of evening and night shift employees. Supervises and evaluates evening and night shift employees.
