Therapist: Fishpond Recruiting

The Therapist has the primary responsibility for direct services to clients in the areas of teen emancipation, post-adoption support, and therapeutic visitation/reunification. He/She will provide services such as case management, plan development, collateral, and group & individual rehabilitation. If he/she is registered or licensed (MSW or MA), he or she may also provide therapy or assessment services. The Permanency Worker will thoroughly document all services within 24 hours of service delivery. The Permanency Worker will work with a treatment team to assure that focus of services are to address the needs and goals stated in the client’s treatment plan. The Permanency Worker will spend much time in the community working in the homes and schools of clients, and the worker’s schedule will need to be flexible to meet family needs. The Permanency Worker will possess a solid understanding of case management and family systems and have strong time management skills.
