Continuous Learning Coach

You will be part of a team that supports the Scott & White Enterprise in utilizing lean problem solving tools and techniques to improve process and address problems. You will facilitate and coach teams using lean tools.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred. You must have at least five years’ experience in a healthcare environment with working knowledge of healthcare delivery. Equivalent experience in organizational process improvement or lean experience will be considered. Excellent communication, organization and leadership skills will be extremely necessary, and you must posses excellent interpersonal relationship skills, be self-motivated and have well developed problem solving skills.
