Visual Merchandising Manager with a love for fashion!

Co & Assistant Manager

Responsible for creating, promoting, and overseeing a fun, profitable store through customer service, sales generation, proper floor coverage, excellent visual presentation, well trained and developed staff, shortage control, safety, and mall/community involvement. Responsible for maximizing store volume in accordance with all store and company goals, policies, procedures, and techniques.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years fashion retail management experience preferred.

• Ability to multi-task and time management skills a must.

• Ability to drive sales.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to train and motivate staff.

• Ability to succeed in a high volume, fast paced environment.

Visual Merchandising Manager

Upholds all visual standards of Forever 21 store.

Create windows and merchandise displays within Forever 21 visual guidelines.

Work alongside management and sales associates, visually presenting clothing, displaying windows in a visually appealing way. Responsible for working according to Forever 21 visual guidelines in order to generate sales and to provide shopping ease for customers. Oversees the in-store visual merchandising team.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of retail management experience
  • 2 or more years experience in Visual Merchandising or styling
  • Must have experience in mannequin maintenance and styling
  • Knowledge of Recruiting and hiring
  • Knowledge of colors, patterns and styling
  • Knowledge of floor sets and plannograms
  • Able to follow and execute corporate visual merchandising standards
  • Able to forecast the latest trends
