At mark, you’ll earn money and rewards. You’ll also develop skills to help you land that first job out of college.
Far more than a leading beauty and fashion brand, mark is a rapidly expanding network based on Social Beauty.™ The mark college program was designed to help young women “make their mark” in life by learning management, marketing and sales. mark Campus Sales Managers also have the opportunity to build their resume, network and connect with leaders in the fashion and beauty industry.
In joining the mark Campus Management Team, you are joining students from around the country on an exciting campaign that will truly benefit your career path. You’ll earn great money, but also, you’ll have the opportunity to serve as a team leader. You’ll manage fellow students, promote the brand and coordinate various special events around campus.
mark Campus Sales Manager’s responsibilities include:
• Leading a team to achieve specific business goals
• Managing and promoting retail special events
• Driving sales via your own personal e-boutique store online
• Engaging and supporting a team of dedicated Campus Reps
• Supporting Brand Marketing –grass roots tactics and on and offline networking
• Organizing and supporting Campus Fundraisers
What you’ll need to know:
• There are five Campus Sales Managers per campus on 30 college campuses nationwide
• Each Campus Sales Manager oversees a team of Campus Reps
• The program runs for fall semester
• Expect to put in about 10-15 hours of work per week
• You’ll report directly to a mark Field Manager and have ongoing contact with mark execs in NYC
