This job is responsible for coordinating all administrative functions for clients within Health Mangement Solutions, including wellness, coaching, biometric screenings, disease management and health advocacy. Duties include:

  • Provide excellent customer service by resolving and communicating service issues for Health Management Solutions and Mercer Consultants, Client Program Managers and Mercer Health Management Team
  • Track vendor issues and provide updates to the appropriate vendor teams, Client Program Managers and Mercer Consultants
  • Manage and distribute monthly reports to Client Program Management and Mercer Consultants
  • Process all new Health Management Solutions sold business, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
  • Provide monthly Health Management Solutions lives information to Billing and Finance Departments and Vendors
  • Other reporting, administrative and coordinating duties as needed

Qualifications include:

  • Health & Benefits Experience (Wellness or other health related experience preferred)
  • Proficient Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented and ability to take initiate and work independently
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Four year college degree preferred
