We currently have the following position open in our Ft. Madison, Iowa office: Engineering Management
* The Technical Manager will focus on directing all process and industrial engineers in the manufacturing of wind turbine blades.
* This position will also direct the Lean Specialist and the supporting activities.
* The position will work closely with the Engineering and Lean departments in Denmark to install changes to the manufacturing process.
* Emphasis on safety, efficiency and quality through the engineering process will be required utilizing continuous improvement and the employee suggestion program.
* Experience with problem solving methods and statistical analysis is essential.
