Senior Accountant

This position will be responsible for a variety of Corporate Accounting responsibilities which will vary dependent upon the experience level of the candidate.

Accounting - Reconcile Corp Accounts - Reconciliation of centralized Corporate accounts Analytical Analyses - Create - Create analytical analyses for internal senior / executive management 10-K/Q Disclosures - Create - Creation and/or support of 10_kQ disclosures SOX - Sarbanes Oxley - Documentation, testing and review of Corporate SOX Newsletter - Accounting / Finance - Contribute to the Company's quarterly Accounting and Finance newsletter Audit Support - External & Internal - Provide client assistance to external and internal audit. Projects - Special Assignments - Special projects / assignments for subject position.
