Network Design Systems Engineer

Candidate should possess a background in Network Systems Engineering with existing and emerging technologies used in voice and data communications networks. Candidate should know IP architecture, routing & switching inside and out, and meet the qualifications below.

* Experience as a Network Systems Engineer is required.
* A minimum of an Active Secret Security Clearance is required.
* Strong experience in CISCO, Certification a plus.
* Knowledge of Cisco router and switching configuration is a plus
* IPv6 experience is a plus
* Experience with Encryptors (TACLANES, etc) is a plus
* Experience with VoIP, Active Directory, Timing, and Scripting is strongly preferred.
* Experience with Network Monitoring using network management tools (e.g. SNMPC) is strongly preferred.
* Strong experience in QOS for marking traffic and queuing with TCP is strongly preferred.
* The ability to understand how network systems work together and the different requirements of systems is required
* Familiarity with JNN programs and WIN-T Increment 1 systems, and transmissions systems is preferred.
* Candidate must perform networking, testing, and other systems engineering functions as required.
