Rehab Services Senior Manager 70209

Salaried, exempt position

The Rehab Services Senior Manager is responsible for providing leadership and direction to North Colorado Medical Center's Inpatient Rehabilitation department in the achievement of balanced initiatives and delivery of excellent patient care. This includes accountability for planning, directing, and monitoring operational, programmatic and patient outcomes. This position is part of our overall Rehab Services Management Team providing collaboration and support.

Theis position reports to the Director of Neurosciences, Orthopedics and Physical Medicine and will be responsible for hiring, retention and performance reviews with consultation from the Director as needed. The incumbent will be responsible for developing the budget while executing financial acumen, problem solving and developing action plans relating to the budget. Outstanding communication, problem solving, change management and relationship skills are required to influence employee engagement, resource utilization, patient satisfaction, and physician satisfaction. The incumbent must inspire employees to achieve personal and professional goals and objectives. This position is responsible for role modelling service excellence in all interactions and leading a culture of recognition and celebration.

Requires graduation from an accredited program in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology and must hold a current license in the respective discipline. A minimum of two years of leadership experience is also required. A minimum of four years of clinical experience, two years related to the patient population and scope of practice is preferred. Inpatient PT, OT, SLP or Audiology experience preferred. Masters degree preferred. Must demonstrate excellent customer service, interpersonal communication, complex problem solving skills and the ability to direct, monitor, evaluate and plan processes.
