Job Specific Responsibilities/Qualifications: Position Requirements: Be the key finance contact for the P&L, Project WIP, Balance Sheet for a Field Service Region. Monitor field services jobs in WIP for assigned jobs in regions, including labor hours and costs, burden costs, material costs and detailed margin analysis, assuring the accuracy and timeliness of the data. Manage and analyze other variable costs and other cost elements of the Profit and Loss to the Operating Income level. Be the Business Partner for the Regional Director and Project Managers the proactive management of information detailed WIP reviews, backlog analysis, business reviews and analysis, and continuous communication with the team. Control warranty costs, cost of quality, write-offs, and the accuracy of the Backlog. Responsible for the financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and management of risks and opportunities in the Field Service Region. Assure that proper Controllership and Compliance processes are followed, including SOX revenue recognition. Lead Financial Business Processes to assure the business is operating effectively, reporting accurately and timely, and providing the necessary information and analysis to make sound business decisions, including but not limited to the yearly budget process, long-term plan, quarterly business reviews, and balance sheet reviews.
