Human Resources leader will report functionally to the GCSD (Government Communications Systems Division) Vice-President of Human Resources and be responsible for the development and implementation of a Human Capital Strategic Plan in support of the Mission, Vision, and Strategic Growth Plan for GCSD Healthcare team. The successful candidate will build and lead a HR staff and focus on the following areas, but not limited to:
- Strategic Planning
- Organizational Development and Effectiveness
- Talent Management including recruiting, retention/engagement and employee development
- Compensation/Total Reward Processes
- Performance Management Process
- Leadership Succession Planning and Development
- Employee Relations
- Employee Communications
- Support pursuit and program execution as needed
- Facilitation
- Manage the operations and recruiting budget
- Ensure compliance with state and federal laws
- Positive employee relations/engagement
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Human Resources, or Organizational Development is required with ten years of related experience as a HR Generalist and an OD practitioner. Masters degree in OD or MBA preferred.
- Qualified candidates will be highly skilled with proven success in the development and implementation of HR strategies congruent with the business strategy.
