Human Resource Regional Manager



Human Resource Regional Manager to oversee Eastern PA.. MUST have RETAIL Human Resource experience. Oversee all hiring, recruitment (both college and agency). Put together "Job Fairs" where necessary and Advertising for "local" candidates. Should be familiar with Retail Operations and their respective job functions (i.e.- Store Manager, Asst. Store Mgr., etc.). Must also have benefit administration and the ability to institute Training and Development programs. This is a "growing" company and this position reports directly to the VP of Operations.
