Production Supervisor - Food Manufacturing - WI: First Recruiting Services

This Global Food Manufacturing client is in need of a 2nd shift Production Supervisor. Bring your leadership and experience to this team and enjoy all that Western Wisconsin has to offer.

This is a Monday - Friday position with extra pay for Saturday work, which is seasonal. You will supervise 15-20 non union employees in production of dry food products. You will work together with the packaging department with the many different products run daily. Attention to Quality, Safety and Efficiency are key to the success of this position.

Requirements:

* 4 year degree - a plus, but previous leadership in a FOOD manufacturing plant can replace the degreee.

* Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in FOOD manufacturing (ideal: dairy, pharmaceutical, eggs, flour, nutritionals, whey, etc.). Including new employee training, setting goals, department communications, positively promoting change, annual reviews, etc.

* Proven track record of continuous improvement achievements (increased yields, decreased down time, decreased safety issues, positively promoting change, annual reviews, rework, etc.)

* Previous experience in multiple SKU production.
