Property Manager needed for affordable housing community in St. Louis, Mo.

Manager will oversee a small staff and will be responsible for completing HUD and Tax Credit re-certifications, leasing apartments, processing payroll, working with vendors, tenant relations, handling evictions, accounts payable, rent collections, budgeting, capital project planning, and providing customer service.

MUST have at least 3 years of previous experience in property management AND completing Project Based Section 8 and/or Tax Credit re-certifications. MUST have a working knowledge of HUD and Section 42 Guidelines with STRONG leadership qualities.
