PENDLETON NURSING HOME is a 98-bed facility, providing inpatient, outpatient, and home health services. Progressive therapy programs include Freedom through Functionality, a system of customized Nautilus equipment used for strengthening and wellness, as well as Geriatric Enhanced Modalities. Outpatient program is community-based, and includes sports therapy. Clinically-driven, patient-focused environment.

Limited benefits are available to per diem and part-time employees.
