Operational Trainer - Pittsburgh, PA
Position Description:
The Operational Trainer position contributes to and presents training programs to the organization's customer service call center personnel. Training will include basic computer functions, appropriate call center/service skills, telephone skills, member benefits, provider contracts, policies and procedures, claims adjudication rules and system functionality.

- Proficient - Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- 3 years - experience working in a call center environment
- 3 years - facilitation and/or training experience in a group/classroom or one-on-one setting
- Associate's Degree, preferred
- Adult learning experience, preferred
- Access experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
