Position Description:
This person will be reviewing data requests received from Government Affairs and Legal on State requests for information. They will facilitate client meetings, translate requirements into technical business specifications. They will also meet with programming staff to walk through requirements. They will run test results on desktop programming software, run queries in Access, and prepare results for customer. This involves regular interaction with senior management.

Requirements:
- 3+ years experience writing business requirements
- 2+ years experience with SQL or other desktop query tool
- Advanced level of skill with MS Word, Excel, and Access
Assets:
- Systems or Business Analysis experience
- Working knowledge of compliance with state audit and data requests
- Health care claims experience
- Galaxy experience
