Restaurant Manager: Giant Pizza

Job Summary

You will work in every aspect and position of the restaurant and learn all the responsibilities and duties of everyone in the restaurant. Once familiar with the operations of the restaurant you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations. You will be in charge of customer satisfaction, ordering, hiring/training/retention/termination of employees, scheduling, overall cleanliness and maintenance of restaurant and equipment, and meeting the goals of the company.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will start out minimal and then as you learn the system your responsibilities will grow into that of a Shift Manager. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Once you have successfully completed the responsibilities of a Shift Manager you will be promoted to your permanent position as a Store Manager. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Required to maintain 50+ hours per week.
• All duties associated with opening and closing the restaurant.
• Handling cash sales for your shift, managing cash sales, making deposits, completing the appropriate paperwork.
• Managing up to 20 employees, including their day-to-day duties, schedules, the hiring and termination of employees, and all paperwork associated with employees.
• Managing the day-to-day operations and duties associated with running an effective business.
• Placing orders with vendors, managing inventory, maintaining proper inventory levels, keeping track of inventory, waste, etc.
• Meeting/exceeding company P & L goals each month, maintaining/exceeding sales goals, meet/exceed COGS percentages, and meet/exceed labor percentages.
• Have exceptional customer service.
• Maintaining the consistency and quality of Giant Pizza's products.
• Be a leader to the employees and other management
• Represent Giant Pizza as a professional and according to the values of the Company.
• Uphold and enforce Giant Pizza's standards and policies.
• Maintain a clean and well functioning restaurant and atmosphere, Responsible for all cleaning and other checklist to be fully completed by Crew Members and yourself. Responsible for maintaining Health Department Scores of at least a 90 score.

Compensation and Benefits

All management is salary. Base salaries start at $40,000 and go up to $45,000. Bonuses are rewarded quarterly based on performance in specific areas and you have the potential to earn up to $3600 a quarter. Compensation including base pay and bonuses range from $52,000 to $57,000. Health insurance and Simple IRA plans are available. All meals are included. All uniforms are included. One week paid vacation.
