Litigation Legal Secretary, Direct-Hire, Great Firm!



We are currently recruiting for a large law firm in Century City that is seeking a strong Litigation Legal Secretary to join their team. The attorneys this desk would be supporting are described as nice and professional individuals that care about their staff. They have a sophisticated client base and need a secretary that can match their professionalism.

  • Must have at least 4+ years of Litigation Legal Secretarial experience
  • Must know how to generate TOC's and TOA's
  • Must know State and Federal court filing rules, E-Filing is a plus
  • Must operate with a level of professionalism and sophistication
  • Strong computer skills are required particularly in MS Word
  • Stability on resume
